Patients benefit from the expertise, compassion and insight contributed by each and every one of CCREI’s team. Daily Patient Care meetings are conducted by Dr. Prakash J. Thiruppathi, nurse practitioners, embryologists, and clinical staff. Every protocol plan is reviewed by our team during the duration of treatment. This approach provides our patients with a well-coordinated, well-executed, holistic experience.and some of the best success rates worldwide.
In Vitro Fertilization
In vitro fertilization (IVF) is a process in which oocytes (eggs) are fertilized with sperm outside of the womb in a laboratory. The resulting embryos are transferred to the patient’s uterus with the intent to establish a pregnancy.
Egg / Embryo Donor Program
Using donor eggs overcomes the problem of decreased egg quality and/or quantity due to age or to other medical conditions and allows many women who could not become pregnant with their own eggs to become pregnant very easily using eggs from a donor.
Embryos are sometimes donated to CCREI from couples that have completed their families and do not want to discard their embryos. This selfless act of donation gives recipient couple a different way to achieve their goals of having a child.
Infertility Surgery
Surgery is sometimes necessary to repair and improve the fertility outcome. Using the latest in Robotic technologies, Dr. Thiruppathi has significant experience in the treatment of endometriosis and the removal of uterine fibroids in a minimally invasive procedure. Tubal surgery for reversals and repairs can also be done Robotically as an outpatient procedure. Removal of damaged tubes and ovarian cysts is an important part of reproductive surgery and must be done in a conservative fashion to preserve and optimize fertility. Treatment of pathology inside the uterus such as scar tissue, fibroids and birth anomalies is also accomplished with a Hysteroscopic procedure. Surgery is an integral part of fertility and must be done with necessary skill for successful outcomes.
Gestational Surrogacy
Gestational surrogacy requires a surrogate to carry a pregnancy and deliver a child that is created from the egg and the sperm of the intended parents and /or donor egg and /or donor sperm and/or donated embryos in any combination.
Laboratory Procedures
Some conditions affecting fertility cannot be treated with medication, and surgery is required to repair the problem. Surgery may also eliminate the need for advanced treatments such as IVF and other ART services.
